[Alex watches Robin Hood (thanks Lily! we're buying G another noisemaker!) on Dina's iPhone.]
[Dropped carrier (Dismiss|Settings) dialog appears.]
Alex: Mommy, daddy, what happened?! I can’t see Robin Hood!
Nick: Alex, it’s just the dropped carrier dialog. Click Dismiss and everything will be OK.
[With no hesitation, Alex presses the Dismiss button.]
Dina: I’m so screwed.

You’re welcome!
This morning G asked for his “toot toot!” (trumpet). I fished out his older (quieter) one, and he rejected it, opting for “new big toot toot.” So, as G would say, fanks right back atcha. :)
Lily: We bought Alex some maracas (“Caracas!”) for carnival. As we were buying them, Dina and I looked at each other and asked: should we buy a pair for G? We decided against it (and also against getting a pair for G.Carter).
Not getting them for lady G was an idea most excellent. If she had gotten another noise maker, Alex might have gotten a stadium air horn as a birthday gift …. 0:-)
Matt: Uhm… I kinda want one of those…
done.
Now, do you want it in ear-deafening, or dead-raising loud?
I think that I might need to interject some reality into the situation:
I don’t want to show up to Zurich in a few weeks and have to find a hotel room because my husband has annoyed a pregnant lady by bringing an airhorn with him. This will not be happening!
