Fear and Getting Things Done

I stress about getting things done because I am not confident that I can get it / enough done.

To deal with this I need to:

  • Learn how to better get things done so as to…
  • have confidence in myself and my abilities.
  • Learn that even if I don’t get things done, the world won’t end so as to…
  • stress less about things.

For some reason, I like the structure of my thinking in those bullet points.

why do you need to develop confidence in your abilities to get things done (bullet 1b) before learning that not getting them done/right will not lead to the next apocalypse (bullet 2a)?

    crammer: 1b isn’t a pre-req to 2a. Just badly organized.
